The RefectoCil® Ultra Lash Lift & Brow Lamination Dual Purpose Kit features a patented pink power perm with keratin and cysteine that works in just 13 minutes. Lash lifting provides a low-maintenance alternative to extensions with self-adhesive silicon pads in four sizes for fully customised treatments. Brow Lamination creates fuller, more lifted brows by softening and stabilising hairs for a voluminous, defined finish. The NEW Ultra Glue locks lashes onto the rods for a seamless application, and lashes can be tinted directly on the pads for a more intense look.
